This guide compares three open-source ACS platforms: &lt;strong&gt;GenieACS&lt;/strong&gt;, &lt;strong&gt;OktopUSP&lt;/strong&gt;, and &lt;strong&gt;freeACS&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
